Bryan Schwarz first became involved working with the blind/visually impaired in 1982 while a student at Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. He continued as a volunteer/director at a winter camp for the blind in Colorado after graduating with his B.S. in Biology. Bryan owns his own construction business.

Mindy was introduced to winter camp through Bryan in 1989. Like Bryan she fell in love with the participants, the program and the opportunities that it offered. They married in 1990 and are the parents of two children that are in college. Mindy is a real estate agent in Ventura County, California.

Extreme Mobility Camps, Inc. was founded by Bryan and Mindy in 2009. It is Bryan & Mindy’s goal to continue expanding the programs that are offered to encompass many other types of life experiences.
